Job Description
The Sales Representative locates, develops, influences, negotiates, and closes new business for website and marketing solutions. The perfect candidate is bold and skilled in persuading others, speaking/listening, and perceptive of social cues when negotiating. They should posses a keen knowledge of website development, and required to provide input through the creative process

We need a closer—a seasoned individual with experience in creative services, organizational structure, sales processes, and marketing. We do this every day with exciting print, digital, video, social media, and anything in between. If that makes you tick, let’s talk!

What You’ll Do
Identifying prospective clients through networking events, cold calls, trade shows and other prospecting platforms. Once a prospect is identified the Sales Representative is expected to, uncover the prospects needs, build rapport, generate proposals, review proposals and contracts with prospects, and sell services to meet the prospects needs. Relationship development continues past initial sale through to client onboarding. The Sales Representative will be responsible for successful hand-off to the creative team. Attendance during appropriate client meetings is expected. The Sales Representative will be required to find opportunities to up-sell services to existing accounts by contacting them to introduce new marketing opportunities as the market and service offerings evolve.

  • Cold Calls - 20%
  • Networking & Networking events - 18%
  • Client visits - 18%
  • Relationship building including gathering customer or product information to determine customer needs - 10%
  • Track and report results on schedule - 10%
  • Preparing contracts and proposals - 10%
  • Sales team meetings for goal setting and soliciting guidance - 5%
  • Negotiate prices and sales terms - 4%
  • Trade shows - 3%
  • Monitor market conditions or trends - 2%

3+ Years of Sales Experience
Background in Technology/Marketing/Web Design
