David Therrien had been struggling finding a platform where like minded agents could come together and utilize resources that would help them grow their real estate businesses. Most traditional social networks are very general and designed for more entertainment value.
David created the concept of "Professor eHome" -- a real estate platform for seasoned real estate agents to exchange ideas, documents, and hear from prominent real estate authors. First and foremost, David needed a memorable brand that stood apart from other real estate education networks.
We started by designing a new brand (logo, letterhead, etc), then we created database with registration options for members, contributors (authors) and vendors. Each registrant can participate in discussions, download scripts and access articles. We incorporated member profiles, newsletter systems and a survey profiling system.
